Sarah and Ryan just celebrated their one year anniversary– although it feels like just yesterday they became husband and wife! The charming day started at St. James Church in Prouts Neck, Maine where the couple gathered with all of their loved ones for a heartfelt ceremony. What stood out about this couple was the beautiful way that they incorporated their family ties and generations of love within both the bride and the groom’s families. Family and friends were truly at the heart of this wedding, just as Sarah and Ryan had imagined.

After the ceremony, the guests gathered together again but in a different setting, one that was ready for some all out celebrating! Sarah and Ryan rode in style on their way to their reception at Prouts Neck Country Club. The white sailcloth tent was the perfect fit for this seaside party, and the whole day was perfectly captured by the talented Brea McDonald Photography. Finished off with beautiful florals from Broadturn Farm and accents from One Stop Event Rentals, it was a view you just cannot beat.

When the sun went down on this perfect summer evening, Griffin & Griffin worked their magic to make sure that the party didn’t have to stop! The lighting design under a Sperry Tent is always an elegant spectacle and has the power to take our breath away over and over again. And with light in their hearts and love in the air, Sarah and Ryan continued to enjoy every moment of their wedding day.
