As the summer heat wore off, and the nuances of fall settled in New England, Annie and Hayden got ready to say their “I Do’s”. The late afternoon ceremony at the luxurious Hidden Pond captured this couple’s desire for a black tie wedding while making sure not to compromise a relaxed atmosphere. The autumn inspired florals from Minka Flowers were sprinkled throughout the entire venue and featured so beautifully by the bride and her glamorous bridesmaids. Even Annie’s dress by Rebecca Schoneveld accentuated the effortless beauty of floral lace.
This wedding shows how the vision of a formal wedding and outdoor wedding are two aesthetics that can coexist. With formal attire and ornate decor, the couple was able to take the traditional black tie elements and capture them in an outdoor setting. The ivory sailcloth tent was able to transform the already beautiful scenery of Kennebunkport Maine and create an elaborately ethereal setting. Working with other talented vendors such as A Family Affair of Maine, Peak Event Services and Lana Westcott Events made it possible to design such a beautiful space to celebrate Annie and Hayden. Reminiscing on this day has brought back so many lovely memories with this couple, their guests and the team of vendors that made this such a memorable day.
